I am pretty happy for Casey Stoner. It’s about time an Australian won and shows the world what a isolated (maybe not so much isolated now) country can do. Bottom line is, I’m proud of him.

Congratulations to Stoner on winning the MotoGP this season! He has been so consistent and has made it look so easy.

Dave, what do you think of Stoner’s win and do you think Rossi will be able to reclaim the championship again?

Now the Australia leg at Philip Island can be a celebratory race and I hope that Stoner will win more championships in the future.

If you are a betting man Phil, I would put a lazy $20 on it happenning at Phillip Island this year. With Westy continuing to improve on the Kwaka, I agree with you…it will happen.

Is it me or am I being over optimistic in thinking that an Aussie 1-2-3 is now going to be a reality soon?
